After the games from the last two nights I'm expecting to have several minor heart attacks tonight.

Hopefully the officials don't let the Boston Goon Squad get too out of control tonight.

Sooooooo...can I get one of those bead bracelets or what?

It's a thing we did here in 2008.  You make a red bracelet for every win and a white one for every loss.  You don't take them off until the Wings are out of the playoffs or until the parade down Woodward.

You can personalize them in any way you want.  I do beads with the initials of each player who scores a goal for that game.  Unfortunately, I seem to have deleted all of my pictures from the past. :(

It had a bit of a following that year and the next, but most of the gals who did it are no longer around here.  Here's the link for the second year that we did it, in case anyone wants to play along.

There was a bit of bother because it all started as something that those of us who can't grow beards were doing, and those who could grow them took exception, but we got that resolved.

I don't mind Doc, but Pierre and Olczyk make me want to injure someone.  Their thinly veiled hatred for Detroit really gets to me.

Well then you, my friend should enjoy the hell outta this

I don't know if anyone pointed it out... but the OP shows the Chicago Blackhawks listed as the team (above team points-leaders), not Bruins.   FYI.

May I recommend adult diapers, they're comfy and you can stay on the couch the whole game.

That's hysterical and spot-on.  There should've been more thinly veiled erotic language, though.  I've never heard anyone talk about big bodies, big sticks, squirting, or generally obsess over the physique of athletes he talks to.  Also, should have tried to molest the guy he's talking to, haha.

Check out my short e-book on the Red Wings' 1937 Stanley Cup championship entitled: "Nothing Could Keep 'Em Down." Please download it from my profile at Smashwords: https://www.smashwor...ile/view/victor

It will probably change closer to game time, but I'm not nervous or anything about this series. Just looking forward to watching the Red Wings in the playoffs after a challenging regular season is a treat alone. Anything they do from this point on is just a bonus and the future is very bright regardless.

That being said, I still want to win badly. It's a monumental task, though the Red Wings have been up for every obstacle thrown at them. Not sure they have enough to beat the Bruins four times, but they will absolutely be tough to eliminate.
