Has anybody (the media, coaching staff, etc.) commented on why Monster is in net tonight? Has Jimmy commented? This was a huge decision and I was blown over when I saw Monster in net at game time. I'm surprised it's not plastered all over LGW. This is a series changing decision. AND KUDOS BABS!!! Very very smart decision to put in Monster even though Jimmy wasn't awful. Motivates the team, Monster is great versus Boston, and he was clutch all year in the regular season. Also liking his decision to put in some more vets. Even if I like Jurco and the kids more than Bert... by far... I still think it's smart to put an experienced, big body Bert out there in front of the net. This is the perfect type of series for calm but mean Bert. Oh yeah, how is Z back? How can you play hockey after getting back surgery a few months earlier? He took a few big hits and I cringed. Guy is a machine. I knew he'd be back when needed because nobody has a better work ethic than Z and I figured he'd train like a machine and get back in the game probably twice as quick as any other hockey player.

Uh... relax... Howard left the ice in warmups, and is out with the flu... He's not even on the bench.

I think Phaneuf has the most annoying face in the league. His stupid voice doesn't help him at all.

His attitude does it for me. Like Subban. I have no understanding why they are touted so highly.

Wow, Z and Dats completely transforms this team. They are damn good. Z did a lot of little things there that made his entire line look incredible ultimately leading in a huge goal. And it's his first game in months.
