I am 100% certain we said something similar after the Chicago series last year.

Yeah, this is really not a playoff team. The right pieces were not put into place over the last few off-seasons. The kids are great, but that isn't enough. A team has to be assembled, not this hodge-podge squad.

Well unfortunately Babcock just lost us that game. He put Glendening out to take a faceoff in our zone. As info, Glendening was 11% on faceoffs tonight, Helm and Datsyuk were both 60+%

Well we got to see a relatively healthy Wings team this series.

And they weren't nearly as good as we thought they'd be. Big changes this off season. Series is over. I've never seen the Wings so roundly outplayed in a series. Even the sweeps were more competitive.
