In what way, though? He's a third paring guy whose strengths are all failing him and whose weaknesses are extremely pronounced. I'd rather have Ouellet or Marchenko, personally.

I think he can be counted on in limited minutes but when it really matters (i.e. end of games) and could really help the development of guys like Ouellet.

Honestly, everybody should live in NYC for two years. It's a cool place as long as you don't stay too long.

I really think the salary cap favours markets like NYC, LA, SJ, ANA, COL etc as these are more desirable cities to live in as measured by the climate and in other cases the local tourist economies... regular people pay money just to visit these places, so why wouldn't athletes factor this is in too?

Interesting, i feel bad for ken holland. Hes trying, but looks like all he can land at this point are guys like weiss alfie, cleary etc.. guys that are going coffin shopping, detroits at the top of the list.
