That Nestrasil line is the only one being outplayed but it's almost cost us a few

I can see what Babs likes about Nestrasil though. For being a rookie he has a lot of poise with the puck around his own net.

- Good thing Reimer isn't in net, it would be 7-0, Bernier has been very good

- I'm not sure we will get out worked many times this year, these kids work their asses off and it clearly rubs off on the vets

- We need a right handed shot, don't know if it's Alfie or not but we need one, especially on the PP

- Glendenning could score 15 goals a year in this league if he gets some polish, he's always in the right spot

- I love how we are one and done in our own end, no 1 minutes shifts hemmed in our own end like last year

I have never been so underwhelmed by a player " who wants to crack the lineup" than Weiss - what a waste - every time turns it over - I think Toronto likes when he is on the ice - reminds me of the bugs that get smashed against the windshield when you drive - you continue on; he doesn't

He has a lot of poise, period. He is quite patient with the puck, and isn't afraid to hold onto it and fight off pressure with his back, or use his legs to get out of trouble instead of rush a play.

Smith has been great again. Nesty looks half decent. Weiss has been hesitant but skating well. Z looks to be skating even better that last game.

Weiss looks very similar to how he looked in the preseason: better hustle than last year, more able to get involved in the play, but not at all in synch with the team or the flow of the game. I've said this before, but I think its going to take a while before we see him looking more comfortable out there.
