His contract is better than the 4.25 that both Quincey and Big E are on.

I don't agree. He's worse defensively and is producing no more offense. Last year he produced similar offense to Dekeyser and was way worse defensively. How's that good value for money?

So... size DOESN'T matter?!!! Girls... I tell ya.

No really, I'm right there with you on Myers. If he could be had for a song, I'd take 'em... but that's not the case. He'll cost you in cap-space and he'll cost you players/picks. Not worth it.

Weiss and a third rounder. That'd be a no-brainer for Kenny.

You can't possibly believe that. If he was leading his team, I'd agree. He's not, so I call bulls***.

What kip said. So much more eloquent.

Put Quincey, Big E, or Dek on the cluster F that is Buffalo and they will look worse.

Anyone else just not thrilled with Jurco? We all bought the hype but he's always been the weak link of the kid line and I don't remember ever being wowed. Obviously he's still young but based on what he's shown so far in his NHL career he's looking more like a Brunnstrom or Leino to me. Only not scoring as much but working harder.

He's 21. Give him time. Look how long it took Abdelkader to develop his game. Jurco is good on the boards, hits, and plays well in the crease. For that alone I'd give him a couple years. Hell, at 21 Tomas Tatar couldn't even get a cup of coffee in the NHL. He's still developing.

But agreed that it's be nice for him to get it going like last year.

I actually blame all six players on the ice for that goal.

If that had been Kindl who turned the puck over you would have been leading the mob with pitch forks and torches, not "blaming all six players".

Well said, he's at least working hard and not coasting.

Not really Kip. Smith was definitely the number one culprit on that one, but they were all standing around like zombies. I thought it was Halloween all over again. Andersson had a chance to male a play at the Sabres blue line earlier in the shift and he was pretty nonchalant, turned the puck over and that started it all.

It’s all good though, I’m not pissed or anything. I wasn’t trying to be confrontational either. I was being honest when I said I blamed all of them, including Howard.

I have to disagree Smith had back side of net. Danny might be more at fault. But a minus is a minus
