The worst part is it barely looks like he's trying. He's nowhere near saving most penalty shots.

To be fair most attempts by the opposition are quite a bit better than what Wings forwards. Perfect example were Detroits first and last shots today.

Still hard to win if you know that you always have to score on 2-3 of your 3 attempts.

And saving a penalty shot is or should be a lot easier than scoring on one.

I'm very nervous about November. Quite a few mediocre to bottom feeding opponents.

You would think this would be a good thing, but nope. The Wings are notorious for playing down to the opposition, Babs needs to get them in gear.

Bad game. Where were they the first two periods? Despite that though I still thought we should've won. I had a feeling as soon as that goal was waived off we were going to lose. Crazy how bad we are in shootouts both Howard and the shooters.

Well in the past 3 seasons I can recall him being awful so thats enough for me
