It was an obvious high stick what are people complaining about?

Not sure it was all that obvious in any sense. One, I don't think it's certain that Tatar actually ever did touch the puck with his stick. Two, I never saw an angle where Tatar's stick was definitively above crossbar height. Third, and most importantly, the initial call on the ice was a goal -- despite what those clowns claimed after the fact. So, technically they needed conclusive evidence to overturn it, which didn't exist.

Hard to blame Howard when the defense is absolutely atrocious. I could care less about the score at this point. The defensive play these last two games is a huge red flag for me. I love that Lashoff is in, makes a whole lot of sense. Maybe try scratching someone who hasn't gotten the message all year, or at least change these pairings that have been etches in stone since they limped there way into the playoffs every year since Lidstrom left. Other teams get more out of their defense with less talent

yes, as many of us have pointed out, Holland continues to fail at providing Babs with a competent D, and as more and more time passes, it seems less and less likely he's ever going to actually do anything about it

aside from paying them salaries as though they are actually worth them, as if paying them like top-4 d-men will somehow morph them into being such
