That'd be better experience for him than another ahl playoff run. Does anyone know who the Czech have starting in net? edit: looks like its Pavelec right now. amato 3,210 Report post Posted April 30, 2015 Wings general manager Ken Holland said that Marchenko is the only player who will return to Grand Rapids to play with the Griffins in the American Hockey League playoffs. Mrazek and Tomas Jurco are eligible to go down, however, Mrazek will shut it down for the summer while Jurco is likely head to the World Championships in the Czech Republic. Well, there are our answers. Shinzaki 72 Report post Posted May 3, 2015 Nosek had a hell of a game...he could be a FA steal. .Athanasiou's speed lead to him netting the go ahead goal and his speed created the PP Teemu scored on. Tyler Bertuzzi looks like Luke Glendening with more offense. The Bertuzzi pick was a head scratcher at the time, but he's got a future....don't know if it's as a 2nd or 3rd line wing or a 4th line guy with offense, but he's going to be in Detroit by 2016-2017 Athanasiou, Larkin, Sheahan....potentially, that's a heck of a group of C's we could see in Detroit when the new building opens. It was a trade with San Jose. We traded down 2 in the 1st round, they picked Mirco Mueller, we got Mantha, then we used the extra pick for Bertuzzi.
