It's unbelievable how much people are interpreting into something so obvious. The point is, hockeywise Getzlaf has nothing left to prove because he's won it all and sometimes even more than once...in terms of t eam accomplishments OV has well...nothing. So it's not that far fetched to expect a more creative answer from someone so outspoken and extroverted, if people can't understand that it's their own fault.

I don't know what's creepay about point out the obvious, hockeyplayers are living in nice places and are banging hot-chicks it's not a secret. I'm sure OV is living in a very nice place too but toping New Port Beach is not an easy task even if a guy has all the money in the world.

I didn't know Getzlaf lived in Newport. Maybe I'll run into him at Pavilions or something. Don't get me wrong, Newport definitely has its niceties, but for my money - it can definitely be beat.

For one thing, Alex Ovechkin almost certainly lives in a nice place, and bangs hot chicks. But that doesn't really mean much does it? I mean, Michael Douglas got HPV from Catherine Zeta Jones, and California is home to all sorts of horrible environmental problems. The relative hotness of your girlfriend, or the location of your house, isn't really all that important in the grand scheme of things.

From an evolutionary standpoint, the hotness of your mate is the ONLY thing that matters. In our society the sexual attractiveness of your offspring will provide them with countless opportunities and competitive advantages, which will almost guarantee the perpetuation of their genetic code. Where Frank's argument fails is when he left out the fact that 5 out of the 6 chicks that OV will bang today are hotter than whichever OC bar trash Getz idiotically saddled himself with.
