Brendan Smith is playing fantastic lately. Can't say the same for his other d-men (especially the top pairing), but Smith and Marchenko look great.

Kronwall and Ericsson are a wreck. Quincey is a massive upgrade over Kindl on the second pairing too. Holland really has to make a move on defense if this team wants to contend in the playoffs.
