Not really. Had we won Thursday, Tampa may have come out with more urgency. Vice versa for the Wings. You just never know how it would have changed the rest of the series. But yes, being up 3-1 is usually a series win.

Huge, huge, huge, huge, huge win. Can't say it enough. Especially the way this one started coming off the last game. That was just an absolutely outstanding effort top to bottom. Z came up huge. Mrazek playing like a stud. Big opportunity to close it out at home on Monday. Gotta keep pushing harder and harder. Every game's going to get tougher.

true but I think playing with more urgency might have ended same result being as sometimes you play more wide defensivley either way ill take it tonight

Perfect road game. Impressive response by the guys after Game 4. The vets led the way with their effort and everyone else followed.

Mrazek, Glendening and DeKeyser are the Wings best players in this series. Not sure anyone saw that coming in October.

That's really three straight games the Wings have been the better team outside of the collapse. Play like that again on Monday and this thing is over.

I think we've seen Tampa's Best punch. I think the wings can handle anything and everything. Tampa bay really doesn't know how to get around Detroit's hustle and mucking up of the center ice. God how many frustrating games we had to watch against teams like Calgary and Edmonton that did that to us when we were like Tampa.

I honestly don't think TB can play any different, and they're all confused. I think Detroit broke their spirit again.

If the wings win this series, then they will have taken a lot of lessons and faced some major adversity blowing game 4.

I still am amazed they blow a diaper in game 4 and then come into TB where TB is extremely tough, and win 4-0. Just wow.
