I still can't figure out how he landed an 7 year deal at $7.5M per. That puts him pretty far up the salary chain (only a handful of guys make more than that). I do understand it's because he's a UFA, he signed his deal more recently than the others, etc., etc., but it's still far too much for him. He's a very good player, but now being paid like a superstar.

This guy is all heart.

Not only does he crush 15 tall cans and decide to drive just a few days after signing a $52.5 Million contract... Not only is he driving an unbo green 1951 Chevy pickup that literally no one else would have, but he ultimately decides that a Timmies run is 100% happening right now - hits the building, drives down the road, stops the truck and runs away.

Get er done Kenny.

Has this number been confirmed?

The team signing him being buffalo could have something to do with it.. and the fact that he could've just held out for free agency and then buffalo could've lost a lot for one year of ROR. They had to wow him to get him to stay there long term.. I think he'll play into the contract. Hope I'm right..
