Gustavsson gets tryout with Bruins

Sadly I think he saddled himself to the same type of situation he was in before with us. Expendable. Bruins have goalie prospects behind him that will make him expendable very soon, just like our situation with him and Mrazek. Jonas will be in europe in less than a few years.

Your probably right, but at least he gets 1 more chance. 1 year ago everyone thought Dubnyk was done and look what happened. I doubt that will happen to him, but an opportunity is an opportunity.

Good. I hope he's in net against the wings.. I'm sure they know how to score on him :P

Deke the hell out of him, even if you know you won't score on it, get him moving side to side till you hear a slight tearing sound.

Enjoy scoring the rest of the period till he realizes he can't continue.

Amirite?

Gustavsson is one of the saddest what could have been stories. Guy is coming over to a whole new country after losing his mum, then gets rushed to the NHL because Toskala can't stop a beachball and after some injury problems Reimer takes over (who is now the next whipping boy there) in such a media crazy market. Through all of that Gus never complained and just fought through it like a man - I wish him nothing but the best of luck in Boston. I hope he can have some great games there and get another contract next year, god knows this guy deserves some luck.
