Although this is all coming against the Leafs; not to take anything away from Howie and the Defense, but the Leafs had some good chances that probably should have been in the back of the net. Austin Mathews.But they changed the draft lottery rules, so now the last place team could pick as low as 4th. Which I hope happens.
