Blashill needs to reevaluate how he's utilizing these players. There's no excuse for the amount of talent that's on this team to be struggling the way they are.

The problem is we have too many players who are similar. Small euros who are easy to push off the puck in physical battles. Their speed alone won't help them.

On defense, we're just simply not talented enough to compete with the top teams. Too many mistake prone defensemen.
