In 20 + years of being a Wings fan that period ranks in the top 5 or worst i've ever seen. The key to this team has always been transitioning out of our own end, when we are good we come out of our end with ease, when we are bad it looks like that last period. Stop with the fancy wimpy passes and get the damn puck out.

How would we know how the lines are playing? We didnt get the puck out of our own end. Nhl.com has us as having 2 give a way's that period, what game are they watching? lol

problem is we have a few guys who are easy to push off the puck and are d cant seem to get out of our zone because they cant make good passes r they themselves get muscled off the puck and thats sad when you got a guy who is 6'5 220 pounds and plays like a princess in a toto

I have seen these exact d men make lots of good passes before, everyone of them. When we were playing good hockey last year late all of these guys were making good passes.

I'm assuming he was referring to when Zetterberg was skating the puck around the offensive zone and got shoved past the blue line and turned the puck over.
