okay i found this today. Another "Patty Kane touched me" case might be incoming. I don't know if it is legit or just a publicity stunt with Patty Kane playing so well lately.

but here is the article . If you click on the tweet you will see what this woman said Kane "allegedly" did in a LiveJournal post on January 18th.

She won't file charges, because she's right. She's "not the right type of victim." She would be *eviscerated* by a defense attorney because she did instinctively what she felt she needed to get out of the situation without being hurt worse than she had to.

But more of these stories are going to start coming out, just like Cosby. The world can ignore one victim. Two victims. Maybe even three. Fans in Philly apparently chanted 'No means No' when Kane was on the ice...Hopefully he'll get the same treatment from around the league, and better yet - maybe an opponent runs Kane hard into the boards.

Not to defend Kane but if you actually click the link of article, there is a pic of Chi Hawks team flight manifest which indicates that the team flight departed LA soon after the game putting some holes in the accuser's story ... unless Kane wasn't on the team flight.
