It certainly wouldn't hurt them to fall further in the standings, increasing their chance at Matthews. It wouldn't hurt to make a phone call though... If Kenny could secure Reimer from Toronto for a 5th, or 6th round pick... All I hear on this board is how our forwards are undersized, I can only imagine the tone if we bring in a kid who is 5'9, 157 pounds. luvmnger 125 Report post Posted February 19, 2016 in this chat site, ya never know. things can get outta hand fast around here. all i know is, my confidence level is low with 2 of our key defensemen...it was brutal watching smith tonight, and ericcson when he is healthy. their negatives outweigh the positives every game. every time they get lucky and score i cringe " great...time to sign a new contract" something needs to change if we are to survive the first round. my trade suggests a fix for both us and calgary.
