I've thought all year even though he's brutal and clearly not an NHL coach that Kenny would give Blash another year, but we are a disaster. Carey Price would have average numbers behind this group. Very hard to motivate a player to put that extra bit into everything they do when it really doesnt matter, and if anything hurts them in the draft. Don't take this the wrong way, Im not saying they are not trying, I'm saying that as a whole (Z excluded) I dont think they are giving 100% effort. I dont see why everyone is so mad and moody about the game, we are out of it. Its better we lose. If we start to win we dont make the playoffs, we get a worse pick, and Blashill likely stays. We lose out, we get a better pick and Blashill has a higher probability of being let go. Why risk further damage for nothing I would try Kronwall on the powerplay in the Holmstrom role. He's so good at screening his own goalie, let's see how he screens the opposing goalie. OMG!
