The WJC officially kicks off today. We're not as well represented this year as past years, but there are 4 players for us to keep an eye on...

Gustav Lindstrom - 2017 2nd round pick (38th overall) - Sweden

Filip Larsson - 2016 6th round pick (167th overall) - Sweden

Kasper Kotkansalo - 2017 3rd round pick (71st overall) - Finland

My two teams are always U.S and Sweden for sake of Lidstrom and Zetty. 

Canada over Russia of course. 

Sounds like the US team is pretty stacked. Don't know if they're The Favorites, but expectations are definitely high.

On a side note - any movie buff out there - the 'Swedish' version of 'Girl With a Dragon Tattoo' series is pretty awesome.

They could use a few more aggressive barbarian types with the refugee crisis they're dealing with
