He's been the better goalie, so if the point was to try and get wins and shorten the point gap, he's your go-to. I called this game being a blowout as soon as they said Jimmy was starting. Jimmy was excellent for the most part so far, but he did have his slumps. Everyone was so focused on his resurgence and improvement that they failed to notice them, or gave him a pass. He's been good enough to win games, but usually allowed a stinker or two in many. Which again, went unnoticed, weren't his fault, or got a pass. Witkowski, Nyquist Howard and Erickson were about as effective as I was with a beer in my hand in section 111. AA was about all worth watching this evening. Every team loses games. But you should at least be able to leave the game without feeling like you just got ripped off. This team is like a used car. I know I'm not buying a brand new piece of Detroit engineering. But I should at least get a car that doesn't stop running before I get it home.
