Ordered Wings jacket from Fanatics on Jan 12

The promised ship date was on or before 1/23. I still have had no shipment notification. I checked the site and it said the order is still pending. Has anyone else ordered from this site? Would I be better off canceling and getting a refund and just order from NHL.com instead?

FYI fanatics is garbage. They're destroying the merchandise market peddling cheap goods. Definitely don't recommend. Not sure if they have what you're looking for, but try sportsk.com.They're a Michigan based sports company, and focus heavy on the Wings.
