AtlantaHotWings 984 Report post Posted August 27, 2021 5 hours ago, BarkBurgerman said: UofM looks like they may have assembled the best college team possibly ever Brendan Brisson (#29 overall, SO) - Matty Beniers (#2 overall, SO) - Matt Samoskevich (#24 overall, FR) Dylan Duke (#167 overall, FR) - Kent Johnson (#5 overall, SO) - Tom Bordeleau (#38 overall, SO) Rutger McGroatry (5 star recruit, FR) - John Beecher (#30 overall, JR) Owen Power (#1 overall, SO) - Luke Hughes (#4 overall, FR) Ethan Edwards (#120 overall, FR) Erik Portillo (#67 overall, SO) And those guys are surrounded by a bunch of Junior and Senior undrafted players. I've also heard some Michigan fans say Bordeleau is low key the most talented guy on the team, he's just small. Portillo too should get some notice, he's an absolutely massive Swedish goalie with great stats last year. They're stacked at every position. They're going to be Bama level disgusting this year. Good cause I am sick of the football program sucking wind

Brandon Nauruto - Michigan Adam Nightingale - Michigan State Pat Ferschweiler - Western Michigan Western looks like they're gonna be bad this year. Lost 2 of their top3 scorers. And the only notable additions they made were a pair of drafted players that transferred because they were sucking on their previous college teams. However they did add Ethan Phillips - Red Wings 4th rounder in 2019 - as a graduate student. MSU seems to be on the right path (FINALLY). They added Trey Augustine - Red Wings 2nd round goalie from this year - Red Savage - Wings 4th rounder from 2021 - Maxim Strbak - big Slovakian Dman drafted this year by the Sabres 45th overall - and Isaac Howard - talented forward taken 31st overall by the Bolts in 2022. This seems to be the beginning of a core they're building. Michigan will dominate like always. They're returning Nazar, Luke Hughes, Samoskevich, Brindley, McGroarty, the Fantilli brothers (yes there's a 2nd one now), among other good players. Oh and they also added Red Wings nepotism pick Kienan Draper to the roster lol. Edited August 29, 2023 by bIueadams
