Good catch on the bolded. In that case I'd drop Ras and Andreasson (the only 23 year olds I had) and add Cossa and Sebrango to the end of my list.

^^ Yeah. I think James style of play makes him a good bet too.

This team has a very deep pool of prospects.

Insanely deep. I like Lombardi a lot too. He's definitely the prospect I'm most excited to follow this season (next to Kasper). If we can come out of this last draft with two higher-end centers I'd be absolutely pumped.

It goes without saying, but recency bias will be a thing in Pronman's rankings, so despite the fact that we've got 21-22 year olds tearing up professional leagues he'll surely put someone like Cossa ahead of someone like Berggren because he's newer and was drafted in the first round.

Thats who we got right now.  Those are locks to be impact players.  The rest are plugs (at the moment).  If another 5 sprout over the next 2 years, we are going to be deep.

How many of these players did Holland draft again?

Yah, Stevie does have a knack for seeing the true BPA where he picks.  The Seider pick is off the chart guru.

I like to get hyped as much as the next guy, but this guy is a crapshoot.

Tier 1: Franchise pillar talent. Award winning level. Possible # retirement.

Tier 2: Elite or very low chance of failure. Likely core players.

Tier 3: Boom or bust territory.

Tier 4: Dark horse players. Could be great, but most won't make any impact.

I think I would move Wallinder up. Also you don't have Amadeus on ur list at all.

Buium over Johansson and Wallinder? That's an interesting take from Pronman considering how good both those guys were in the SHL last year. I definitely get the impression that he doesn't fully understand how hard it is to score in that league because he still sleeps on the offensive ability of guys in the SHL.

Also odd to see Berggren so low. The guy has done nothing but dominate two of the hardest leagues in the world the last two seasons. Finished the season with 10 multi point outings in this last 13 games a year ago.

Besides actual Red Wings you've watched play, I marvel at how posters can rank all the unknowns.  Most posters couldn't pick half of these players out of a police lineup.

Imo most fans know what our top prospects look like and there skill level floor/ceiling based on game tape and prospect profiles. Of course no fans know where these players will end up outside the top5 its a complete crapshoot but as a fan its fun to speculate.
