#2364424 Leafs Komisarek demands trade. wants to play.

Posted by Guest on 03 March 2013 - 04:43 PM

key points:

The 31-year-old, who has no points in four games for Toronto this season, has a modified no-trade clause. He is in the fourth season of a five-year, $22.5 million contract, with an annual cap hit of $4.5 million.

Komisarek commented on the difficulty of watching games from the press box.
"You want to play, you want to contribute, that's the biggest thing. You don't want to be a passenger," explained Komisarek. "You want to be helping the team out and I can just worry about what I can control and that's come to the rink and keep a positive attitude and sure as well got to be ready if an opportunity comes when and where that it is who knows.

what do you think?

possibility of him in the D? would you like it..dislike it? :)

#2310245 Parise Likely Out. Next Options

Posted by steveyzermanfan19 on 26 June 2012 - 09:02 PM

If we could sign Semin and somehow trade for Ryan that would make me feel all warm and tingly inside..two right handed goal scorers. Let the mind games being, Parise is saying all the right things..there is no way he gets more then 8 mill.

I know I said I want Ryan on our roster, but living in Southern California, I´ve seen Bobby multiple times and I think he´s more interested in the glamor then the game. Watching him from behind the Ducks bench I´ve seen multiple temper tantrums. Whether it´s obvious towards the coach or another player, he sure throws a hissy fit. Then comes his attitude towards his name being thrown in rumors. I just feel like he´s kind of a head-case.

#2304216 Nick Lidstrom retires after 20 seasons

Posted by Guest on 31 May 2012 - 10:13 AM

This is more than the end of an era. This is the end of......everything. I'm kinda at a loss for words for what this represents.

End of a bandwagon too perhaps.. thank the f*** christ if so.

He's done pretty well so far at recovering from turning on the waterworks.

Dear LGW,

You guys are some whiney *******. Ban me for this I don't give a s*** I hardly post on here anyway but give me af****** break. Detroit set 2 records this year that no other team has been able to do for decades. Home wins and consecutive playoffs. There is a Stanley cup champion every year.

So the f*** what if they didn't win this year. New season starts in 5 and half months. Some "fans" some of you guys are. Thank you Wings for an entertaining year. Better luck next year.

A fan always proud of his team, win or lose.

Holland is that you?

Buddy, re-post this when the Wings are officially out, which hopefully isn't for awhile.

I hope you're from abroad too, because your spelling sucks. Brush that up before you come back around with a "This season sucked, we're done" style contribution.

Fingers crossed for game 5.

Pretty much spot on. I don't care if the scoreboard says they put up 75 shots. When 95% of them are from the outside, you're not going to score.

he is indeed a little *****. Though I don't wish anything long term on the guy

And I ask WHY NOT?

You reap what you sow and hes throwing a few hand full's of get your ass handed to you seeds.

I dont think hes gonna have much of his over inflated head left after next game and thats the way I would like to see it with him.

This is the guy that says that hes not gonna get into any scrums or situations that can get him concussed again and there he is stirring up all types of s***.

Its not if, its when.

Lidstrom has lost a step (duh) but he is still our smartest Dman out there making good plays and still never out of position.

No true Red Wings fan would ever call out Lidstrom. This thread is disgraceful

We lost. It sucks. There's more games to play and more games to win. We'll be fine.
