Gordie Howe hat trick

I have always hated shootouts. s*** I think OT is stupid too. I'm fine with both teams who gave it their all both getting a point for a game well played. But OT is still better than a shoot out as hockey is a team sport, and you still have teams going at it. Not one shooter and one netminder deciding the outcome of the game.

I for one like Milbury, and he is spot on for doing it. It was painful to watch that game, as I was pulling a little for the Caps to beat the Flyers...but just a shameful night for Ovie through and through.

He drives me nuts. Subtle interference calls the Wings are so good at, how great the Hawks are, and the rest. But the best is when he talks about when he was the coach of the Pens and how great they were under him. Shine on you crazy diamond.

So now it wasn't coming off the bench to start a fight, but he's still suspended? 

 

It's disappointing every time Shanaban and the disciplinary committee just make crap up as they go along. 

 

If it was a legal line change, then it really wasn't much of anything to warrant 2 games.  If it wasn't, then it's 10 games.

Shhhhhh, they aren't counting on the fans knowing the rules on paper, So they make it up in practice.
