I´m with you as far as the goalies concerned. Go into the playoffs with Ozzie and Dom. I wouldn´t resign Dom by the way. Let Howard take over. But we definetely need to become more physical. We eliminated CAL and SJ but the Ducks did hurt us with their play. And other teams will follow. We don´t need to dismantle the team. Samuelsson, Hudler, Franzen, Kopecky are expendable. We should be able to add some veteran scoring and some muscles.

How about Commodore and Stillman? Oh wait ... seems like they are in another red jersey I´d take Guerin. He´s doing pretty well in Long Island and might be intersted in winnig a cup again before he´s done. Shouldn´t cost too much... maybe they can include Witt so we can start to protect our goalies.

I´d take him. He´ll be an huge upgrade over Samuelsson on the PP. Might be able to score 20+ goals regularly, can play PK and is great on faceoffs.

Good point! Yes, the call was horrible and we lost but it´s even worse seeing those guys flying into our goalie again. Remember last year? How often did they bump Hasek? Anaheim loves to play on the edge and to cross the line. Thats the way they play and part of their success. OUR problem is that we don´t respond in the right way. as long as our defensemen are just watching ... and our forward don´t start attack the other team´s goalie ... Samuelsson went off with Kunitz for nothing. It would have been better for him to throw a punch. The little mix-up at the end with Franzen and Pronger was ridiculous. What was Franzen trying to do? I don´t think this was a "message". Did you see the immediate reaction of the Anaheim players? It´s been a great season so far but it will be difficult playoffs if everybody can take liberties at our players,
