Jaywings

I for one checked for tickets for game 5. Its hard for me to justify paying $150 per ticket needing min. 2 tickets for upper bowl when our economy is so bad in Michigan. Not to mention Gas,parking,and food. Its not that i don't have the money but you never know about next week around here. I would however pay regular season prices right now little easier on the wallet. Which makes me wonder why jack up prices for each round of the playoffs??? What does it cost more to run the facility as the Wings advance??? i think not Those empty seats are wasted seats,not just in ticket price but consessions as well. I mean look at the Pistons, 4 tickets,4 hotdogs, and 4 drinks for $99!!!!!!!!

I doubt he will bring it up in public. I'm sure he has already had discussions about the game last night. No need to humiliate Bettman any more then his refs did. I will be looking for a make up game from the refs at the Joe,either call it right or let them play.

I honestly don't think there will be fight with Ribeiro "tonight" but he won't light it up either the Wings will be watching him and hitting him hard. Dallas better find someone to score or this series will be over quicker then the Colorado series. Dallas plays good defense but you won't stop the Wings from scoring just limit their chances.

Personally i don't think they are bias,just not very good at what they do.They don't say bad things about the Wings,just don't fluff them up.Remember everyone roots for the underdog.Wings have been soooo good for so long and we are used to bias from Mickey and Ken.We are all fans of hockey but think if you were a new fan watching the game and you watch the Wings dominate day in and day out you need some kind of excuse for the domination to create a fan base not just for Wings but the sport in general.

Without being a homer the more i think about it the fine is o.k. with me for both,I like to think Ozzy didn't butt end him on purpose you see that kind of play in every hockey game every night from goalies but he did make contact hence the fine. I would rather are beloved Redwings beat the Stars without another excuse.My only problem is the attitude retaliation is o.k. by alot of people on these and other forums,which by a fine it is not.We have know idea what the "price" Ribeiro has to pay.Hopefully the right message has been sent by the league not for us older people but to our younger sports fans. As my 13 year old son plays ice as a goalie he says it hurts more in Ribeiro's wallet than a suspension would.
