So I thought long and hard about how I could make this even funnier, and in the end, I came up empty.  Resizing a screen cap counts as a photoshop, right?

Those 2 that got thrown and that landed next to each other seemed JUICY. I think someone forgot to boil them.

HAHA, those were thrown from my section, at a dumb time, and they were not boiled-- I got hit with residue. Here is my report: the section I was in had an usher who is a complete toolbag, had to tell every person not to bang on the glass...  (Section was near one of the circles, not by a bench or anything).  I went for the toss even though I had a strong feeling that if caught, the guy would do anything to get me the fine etc.  I got it out with the empty net, it was very small and I went ninja toss person to right and bro to left of me both didnt even see. Usher was facing other way.  SUCCESS.  KEEP IT UP EVERYONE!  It is a great tradition, but do it right, after goal, after winning game or maybe after a period.  And boil them, your kitchen will smell a bit, but thats what a fan deals with

The NHL has fined coach Patrick Roy $200,000 after last nights outburst.  In a turn of events that unfolded for the Colorado Avalanche in the 3rd period, Patrick jumped on the ice cussing at the linesmen and referees.  He snatched the puck away from the linesman and attempted to hold it up in the air, but while doing so dropped the puck.....

There is one variable the esteemed writer for the most important paper ever, the Chicago Tribune, forgot to present us with in his infamous hammer and nail parable. What if, and I'm just spitballing this, what if the hammer is in fact a BALL PEEN HAMMER? That DOES change things.

Irrelevant.  Chicago has neither balls nor peens.

Sure the Hawks goal should have counted. But after watching Homer get good goals waved off for 15 years I'm not losing sleep over the hysterical Hawk babies.

You know... not trying to get ahead of things or jinx anything- just musing... a few more games like Saturday, and that guy may be right.  The Red Wings DON'T belong in the same rink as the Hawks.  And that is why the Hawks will be golfing.

Just give us 3 more games like today Wings...

Some game 7 mojo to get us going.....goosebumps 

No matter what happens, I'm proud of this team. With all the changes, all the kids, and the short season with next to no training camp and no pre season. The way they responded when in a situation where they had to win out the last 4 games of the season just to make the playoffs. Having the kids learn playoff intensity on the fly and make this a hell of a series that WILL go to game 7. 

Love the direction this Wings squad is going, and even if no moves are made, this team will be even better next year. 

When most teams rebuild, they dwell in the basement for a few seasons. When the Wings rebuild, we give the #2 seed all they can handle in the playoffs. And when we force game 7, anything can happen! BELIEVE

We had Osgood when Hasek rode the pine.  Had it been the other way around, we'd have had Hasek when Osgood sat.

They had been identical during the regular season.  There was no bad choice- it was a matter of riding the hot one.

Now we have Jimmy, who has had many vital saves and.... who is it again?  Oh, yeah, Monster, who has played so little that he's barely registering on our collective radar. 

Bench Jimmy?  Nay!  Rather, pray that he doesn't get injured!

Wings need to establish dominance at the Joe.  The next two games will give us the chance to go back to enemy territory with a comfortable lead.  Unfortunately, the Wings have a tendency to get too comfortable when they are ahead.

Let's win this one, and win it big.  And then keep winning and winning big.
