I don't know how Helm factors in there, but Andersson already makes Flip expendable.

Toews is so awesome, but just comes with a few catches:
1. He won't backcheck
2. He only wants to play against the 2nd and 3rd lines. 1st line is too skilled, and the 4th line might check him.
3. He doesn't play on the penalty kill, because it's a lot of tough work, and he's usually in the box anyway
4. He whines a lot
