So, Howard was absolutely huge tonight. A lot of guys had big moments, but Howard was HUGE. We were in this game because of Howard through the 1st and he locked down the win. Phenomenally great game from him.

This was one of my favorite series ever. It was a series won on determination rather than pure skill, and I couldn't be happier for the boys.

What a series. Couldn't be more proud of how the teams battled this year. We're playing with house money for real now against the "best team in the league" Fear no one! Go Wings.

It's because we have a younger team now with fresh legs. Or because we're a lower seed.
That's who we always lost to in OT's. Young teams who were lower seeds. Now it's our turn to win with s***ty teams.

Captain Z with 10 points in the last 4 games and gets 2 goals and an assist in the elimination game. f*** I love that man.

I dropped my jaw quite a few times at his smart decision making. He doesn't seem to panic like he used to. I still wish he'd be more physical, although no one seems to want to mess with him
