No credit to Yeo? Seems like it's really true that there is no actual coaching culture in the NHL and everything is just measuring player's point totals and seeing which team has the best star players.
Coaching has a pretty big part in the game of hockey as well, you know.
There's no problem in traps. They can be beat and everyone can use them. The problem was Flyers not trying to attack. It's the responsibility of the team who has the puck to keep the game going, try to score. Other team tries to prevent the scoring.
Other team doesn't have to try to take the puck back. Most important priority is to prevent scoring, not to take the puck back. So don't gimme that argument, ok?
What the hell is it with hockey players passing away as of late? Far too young, so unfortunate and sad. In the last few years we've lost Sergei Zholtok, Dan Snyder, Aelx Cherepanov, Luc Bourdon, Mandi Schwartz, Derek Boogaard, and now Rick Rypien.
Steroids and other that kinda stuff that doesn't belong in the human body. The leagues just don't want to talk about it because it would look bad from a marketing perspective.
