When will the NHL® Official 2014 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® version be available?
You missed it. It was the Limited Edition NHL® Official 2014 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® presented by Amway, General Electric, McDonald's, and Edna's Yam Emporium Snuggie.
It was only available on websites that you don't get, but because you live in an area which the NHL® says is supposed to get them, are blacked out because of contractual obligations. The NHL® suggests that you pay them hundreds of dollars to get these websites, at which time they will allow you to read the fine print informing you that you can not get these websites.
The NHL® apologizes for the inconvenience, and will now lock out the players to negotiate this problem because the NHL® loves you, because you are the Best Fans in the World.

It should be treated like a regular fight, if both parties are willing participants and it is a good clean fight, 5 minute major, and it's over. If it is like what emery or others have done, it should be an automatic suspension, minumum 5 games. Holtby did nothing to deserve what he got, and emery is a thug who has no real hockey skills
This is hilarious, cute, worrisome, and depressing all at once.
Hilarious: Great way around the rule. How can you stop it? They are being gentlemanly about it and playing/fighting within the rules (as ridiculous as they are).
Cute: How awkward they are. It's like two teenagers figuring out where to put their hands for their first dance. They are both obviously aware of their roles and both trying to stay on the big team. They both don't want to hurt each other (by letting the other remove the helmet) but immediately start to try to hurt each other. This is both cute and honorable and one of the reasons I love hockey fights, the pageantry of two enforcers knowing they have to meet at some point and being classy about it. Some people hate the "set up" fights, but I think that the fans of each of the teams want to see it and are somewhat disappointed if they don't. The other reason being the pure hatred that is built up over a game/season/career that is only curable through fists. Those fights are usually better (Mac/Lemieux).
Worrisome: This isn't going to last long. I bet the first draft of the rule is already written. Probably 2 for delay of game, 5 for fighting, game-misconduct, and maybe a short suspension/small fine.
Depressing: That it's come to this. So many recent, stupid rules (instigator, jersey tuck, glove tuck, goalie pads, puck over glass, trapezoid, spin-o-rama, stick curve, GOALIE INTERFERENCE OR NOT!?!?, and the dumbest: OTL). It's killed the game and made it so complicated that causal and new watchers are so confused that they won't attempt to watch it. If I were to talk to one of my co-workers who I know are into sports (NFL, NBA, MLB) and ask them what they know about hockey, 90% would mention "allowed to fight" in their answer. If I ask them why they don't watch it at least half would say "confusing/rules are weird."
He does include the whole, "This is an NHL Licensed Photo of Anaheim Ducks Superstar Corey Perry autographed personally at their practice at Honda Center In Anaheim,CA during 2011-12 season on 11/11/11 fighting with Detroit Redwings Star Pavel Datsyuk...COA AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", which seems to be the only part of the description he wrote himself, but at least it's something.
I'd ask the seller just to make sure it is autographed by Pav too. WHile the pic shows it, his description doesn't mention it, just that its signed by Perry.
Oh, and I also must also say, this is probably one of the more annoying ebay listings I've seen, description-wise. I mean, did this guy seriously copy and paste the ENTIRE Wikipedia entries for both players and paste it into the listing? lol
