Zetterberg hit Weber high against the boards, could have been a boarding call...which is why Weber was upset.
But yeah, Weber overreacted and should probably get a 1 game suspension.
If this were the regular season he would probably get 2 games.

I'm not sure what he was thinking.  If he was upset, he should have just dropped the gloves and said, "let's go".  Zetterberg of course would skate away, but at least Weber would have made his point.  But instead, he did something stupid.

Not trying to get into another argument on here just saying weber was eating the clock in the corner so Z was trying to get the puck loose with the hit. There was never any danger in my opinion its a play that happens in most scrums. Weber should have just accepted the hit and took the win knowing he was going to need to take contact in that situation.

What im saying is your argument is irrelevant. Your trying to say he could have done worse, but what he did was bad enough. It was uncalled for and the game was over. Also i was getting the vibe that you didnt think there should be a suspension cause weber "could have killed zetterberg", but he was nice enough to only slam his head a couple times.

If there is intent to injure there is no argument. He should be suspended. Game was over and he was trying to hurt arguably our best game 1 player. Just classless

he was just roughing it up at the end of the game, it happens. It was obviously an attempt at intimidation and possible injury. If he wasn't walking the thin line he would have nearly killed z.

This is what happens when your spoiled for so many years, when people don't get there way they freak out and go all bi-polar and claim its the end of the world.
