LOL No he wasn’t. He was asked if he thinks Kane is coming back and he said well he did pick to come to Detroit to begin with so why would he not come back is exactly what he was saying.

He actually said “he picked to come here for a reason” while saying why he hopes he also comes back. Much different

I also don't think that's true. He seemed very much interested in staying, he's a pro so he's not going to show his hand as it's business. BUT he even commented on who he would play with next year would indeed be a big question mark-I think he'll come back. DeBrincat said he also thinks he will be back as well so thats something

What a damn showing from this kid. This is at or even slightly beyond our proposed ceiling for him isn’t it? I can’t remember. But my gosh how he’s came back this season, even when it wasn’t working for him he just kept at it. Kids a beast.

Veleno had a few early flashes but absolutely nothing overly constructive since. Surprised Yzerman has given him such chances, he clearly isn't big on Holland's guys.

The effort has been there ish? Considering they spent the entire season up to this past month being the comeback kings this has been hard to watch. We pretty much need everyone to go on heaters at the exact same time here we are done. No pressure, LGW!

He's just such a special player, skill and clutch players don't show up everyday. Dcat needs to drop off that line I think, Id rather see see him demoted to the 2nd and throw Larks and Kane with Rayzor and see what those 3 can do. I love Dcat but he needs a hard reset, I do however unlike others Ive heard do like his game away from the puck, he competes hard and his defensive play has came a long way imo also. Great set up guy too just needs to find the twine
