With the hockey renaissance there, and 20,000 fans filling the stadium 41 times a season + playoffs, they probably have enough money to pay Campbell to play in the AHL while keeping all their big guns.

Campbell would have to clear waivers to go down to the AHL and I don't think Campbell would be too happy playing in the minors.
