I honestly don't know how to respond to that. Seriously, I'm Drewing a blank.

When it came to looking for an idea to reply to that,I was basically babbing for apples.I'm in kind of a Jiri to get a reply posted.

Who would even think of raising their voice at Ron MacLean? He's the calmest, most well-mannered guy out there.Seriously how could someone get angry with him?

One things for sure. We're gonna be seeing Cleary skies for a long time.

Seems you came to this conclusion with relative Eaves.

If we're lucky Hurricane Hudler will shift direction - heading south into Florida...With a change of the barometric pressure we could potentially see a light sprinkling of St.Louis heading our way instead.

That was an epic post. Will the aftermath of the shift of Hurricane Hudler bring about a Konopkik"cataclysm" back in Detroit?

#1993512 Ville Leino Appreciation Thread

Posted by Bring Back The Bruise Bros on 02 June 2010 - 11:35 PM

Arent we all gonna look foolish when Leino single handedly wins the cup and the conn smythe to go with it. On a serious note he has looked really good, I dont know what his actual ice time was tonight but it seemed like he played 45 minutes, he was all over the ice.

Amazing how a guy develops when he doesn't have to worry about getting ran every shift...

Hudler for whoever.

#1992639 Lidstrom Signs 1-Year Contract Extension

Posted by Bring Back The Bruise Bros on 01 June 2010 - 04:37 PM

well now that lidstrom has signed we have a lot more insight into cap space and how the roster might look next year :)

Now onto the Bertuzzi and Holmstrom situations.Things will definitely be more clear after their situations are handled.

Sorry - I missed the subtleties; I'm used to the "Emoticons" ;)

Very reasonable indeed...Like others have said - if Nick were greedy he could've gone elsewhere, and have gotten $7 million plus - however he's a good guy, a class act, and thankfully a Detroit Red Wing for life.

Another thing Kenny can cross of on his offseason to-do list. Now for that tough guy...

$6.2 mil seems reasonable especially for Lidstrom.Welcome back Nick.

I hate Pronger more than any player in this series, but in the end, I just can't bring myself to root for Chicago just because of him.

I hate the Hawks more than I hate Pronger. Way more.

Same.Just unacceptable,in my book,to root for a rival such as the Hawks.

What ignoble fanbase this is becoming.

Speak for yourself.

You shoot off too much ; one thing about the Flyers no one will intimidate them unlike our cast overly finessed players; I'll take an Ian Lapperiere guts and grit over the a Flip type player any day on a team. Until we have more plumbers which mean more Canadians and Americans in the mix were wimpy bunch. And if Chicago wins big F======= tickle their as deserving as any upstart franchise in this Bettman bush league whose won the Cup in the last 20 years. And about Pronger , I use to detest him when he was with the Blues many moons ago against Stevie Y ; but wake up if only we had a mean mother like him with puck sense ; what we would want an Erricson to be - yeah sure you wouldn't cheering and loving that. Oh yeah I would be too!

Is it happy hour already?!

Yes, everyone who roots for the Hawks for any reason aside from life and death is being a bit of a traitor.

I wish I could say otherwise to appease you, but I have to be honest first and foremost as to my feelings.

I can't imagine any Avs or Hawks fans were rooting for us in the Finals last year.....
