This happened to me last year. I went to a game, and a bunch of the kids i wanted to see were up in Detroit. I had to watch Conklin get beat up by an AHL team.

I wish some of the guys on our team played with half of this enthusiasm.

Hockey seems like such a distant memory that I can't recall, but was he used in the shootout much?  or at all?

Because you're right, you'd think he'd be a candidate.  Great shot, good hands.

"Year after year"? That's a head-scratcher considering Kindl has only played one full season in the NHL.

Now I am totally convinced you have no clue what you are talking about. Obviously you didn't watch him since you think he's played "year after year" in the NHL, but he had a month stretch during injuries where he was an absolute beast. Not bad for his first full season in the NHL.

Wasnt this last season the 2nd season where Kindl had an oppertunity to be in the line-up, but couldnt make it??

I seem to remember him compeating with Salei the season before.

The guy played on out top pairing last year,

We just lost two of our top four,

And he blocks shots with his face.

I wouldnt be up for trading that away right now.

They beat the #1, #2, & #3 in the west. That's a pretty awesome accomplishment. Good luck to them in the finals.
