"Year after year"? That's a head-scratcher considering Kindl has only played one full season in the NHL.
Now I am totally convinced you have no clue what you are talking about. Obviously you didn't watch him since you think he's played "year after year" in the NHL, but he had a month stretch during injuries where he was an absolute beast. Not bad for his first full season in the NHL.
Wasnt this last season the 2nd season where Kindl had an oppertunity to be in the line-up, but couldnt make it??
I seem to remember him compeating with Salei the season before.
"You donít attack any more than you do as a center," Filppula said. "But usually as a center you attack against all five guys, or four guys. Now as a winger you have one or two guys ahead of you.
"Being a (winger) you can think more about playing in the offensive zone than you can when youíre a center. At least thatís how I felt when I was playing center, because you were always worried about taking some of the responsibility off the defense."
Zetterberg said that playing the wing is prompting Filppula to shoot more.
