Like everything I guess the more people that become aware of Reddit:NHLstreams the more often they are taken down mid game. This whole past season it was my go to and without a flaw 95% were Youtube streams (the best IMO) but in the last month of the season it seemed that NHL became savvy to it and started shutting them down on the regular.
Point still remains that there needs to be a legal way to stream games consistently from where ever we may be.
There was some idiot that kept reporting all the games on youtube. It wasn't the NHL at all just someone who was butthurt about something and he kept reporting all the nhl games. It got to the point that most of the good youtube streamers wouldn't post the links on reddit anymore and you had to pm them to get it. That still didn't help a lot because the guy doing the reporting would still get the links eventually.
I like Howard as a goalie but I have been watching him since he first joined the Griffins years ago when i was a season ticket holder and his biggest fault has always been that he cannot stop a breakaway or a shootout goal. Those hoping he will work on it and get better, sorry but he has had years to work on it already. We have one of the best goaltending coaches there is and that hasn't helped much either.
Granted I also think we need to score more goals in the game itself so we don't go to the shootout and if we do then score more than zero or one goals in the shootout. Ultimately I would like the league to get rid of the skills competition for deciding games anyways.
Does anyone even know what the rules are about changing to a goalie that did not play in the main game? I am sure that it is allowed if there is an injury or something but not sure if they can otherwise. It sure would be a way for Babcock to send a message to Jimmy that he needs to improve in that fashion.
I believe we will only see Nyquist for tonight. I think he is within 2 games of having to stay up or pass waivers to go back down. I don't think they want to keep him up yet and I highly doubt he would clear waivers. I may be wrong and hopefully someone with more knowledge on that stuff can chime in.
