If we don't sign Suter or some other big name defense man, then I feel like we will be in trouble. Not that anyone can replace Lidstrom anyway, but it would be nice to see a top guy like Suter step up. P.S. Don't retire Nick; we all love you too much.

This is about Jiri Hudler on the Detroit Red Wings right? The Hudler I remember seeing won probably 15% of his board battles, and he was the recipient of perfect plays by Fil and Z.

Some of Bert's shootout wins stand out to me. Especially during the home win streak; he was so clutch.

Well I'm glad that Franzen stepped it up to his playoff level.......................all he did was stand by the net while a puck went in off of his leg. This guy is terrible wish we had Hossa.

Haha I really don't think Howard could have been any more pathetic in this game. My God absolutely no way we can win with goaltending like that. Way to go Wings, as if this game wasn't important. Should've played it like a game 7. Now the Preds will go back home and end this series easily.

It's pretty apparent the next level that Rinne is on, making Howard look really average.

That goal was not all Howard, but you can't help but wish he could perform at the same level of Rinne completely out of position on that one. Just can't steal a game for Detroit obviously.

Amazing game. I have no voice now after Emmerton scored that second goal. Definitely impressed me with that shot. Nice win Wings now sweep em at the Joe and send the Preds to the putting greens.

Pretty much luck for the Preds and a terribly officiated game. The terrible calls went both ways, but that plays favor to the Preds. Weber should get at least one game for that, totally gutless pathetic behavior. You are the captain of an NHL hockey team, ridiculous. Feel good with the way the Wings played though.

Is it bad to say I would rather see the Wings lose this and play the 3rd seed? I'm pretty sure Nash will win their game but either way I believe/hope they will turn it up in the playoffs. Go Wings.

Amazing win tonight. That being said Kindl should not be in the lineup, Smith has proven that he is good enough to play in the NHL and should replace Kindl.
