If they get Phoenix and Dallas in the first two rounds, then they'll probaby go further than us. If they face us in the 2nd round, I like our chances at beating them.

As far as the question, I'd say Detroit. Vancouver may get a more favorable match-up, and are tougher then last year but I don't see them going as deep this year.

Sentell, two things:
1) Welcome to LGW
2) Are you going to include a picture in every post?

Great action shot but f*** Kesler!
It's hard for me to say anything about the Canucks now that their arguably best player is out. I need some time to gauge how well they play these next few games.

Current totals: (As of 27 Mar 12)
76 games - 21 goals, 45 assists, 66 points, +16
Up until 19 Nov 11
18 games - 3 goals, 4 assists, 7 points, -1
20 Nov 11 on...after first multi-point game
58 games, 18 goals, 41 assists, 59 points, +17
For all those who feared Z was on a decline, he's playing as good as he ever has currently and he's looking pretty fired up going into the playoffs. Assuming the Wings take 4th in the West and with guys coming back from injuries, with a full line up the Wings will be very dangerous in the playoffs. Our D is playing better again after the s*** stretch and Z has been Dats like picking pockets and has been nasty on the forecheck stealing the puck off guys. Assuming we get Helm back in or around the first round, I think the Wings have a shot as much as anyone.

I don't think it's really a question of Stuart or Quincey. From what I've heard Holland is definitely sticking with Quincey for the next few years. So it really just comes down to what Lidstrom does, and how much space we have. If Lidstrom does play for one more year (please hockey Gods let it happen), we still have a chance to sign Stuart, but we might not be able to overpay for him. If that happens let's just hope his desire to win more Stanley cups outweighs spending a few more months with his family for just a few more seasons.

Doesn't sound like Stuart wants to come back, but if he can be had, we should sign them both.
I don't think that is true... He has always said he wants to come back just the big family issue back in cali might force him to move back closer to home... There is no doubt Stuart would re-sign with the wings if he got the "OK" from his family, which sadly I don't think will happen

Come on man, Bert was phenomenal yesterday... had 4 assists & was a +5... When Mule Pavs and Bert played together this year, they were awesome
My sense is that people have really grown to hate the Mule-Pav-Bert line.
I know Babs likes to not change his lineup as much as possible if it's working. I don't know if I'd use that line every time but definitely against the lines in the mold of Lucic-Krejci-Horton.
