Holland just uses all our cap on guys like Helm and Abby so he won't be bothered to make deals and blame the cap. Compared to previous years and other GM's that are actually putting thought and time into their rebuild he's doing about half the amount of work
Imagine what it feels like to bring in outside talent that has an actual impact outside of the organization.
This is just terrible and has officially made me not want Holland being a part of this team anymore this was the last straw. He hasn't accomplished a thing since Lidstrom retired but is still managin to lock up our future. He's building the core of this team off being a playoff bubble team. It almost seems like he's just lazy
I'd happily miss out on Stamkos if we sign Boedker, Radulov and Okposo. Then all we need is to trade for a Centerman for line 1 or 2 and we're contenders.
Sign three guys and pay them more than what Stamkos could score on his own. I seriously don't understand not wanting a bonafide superstar on this team Imagine thinking having Okoposo as the centerpiece to your offense will take you anywhere in the playoffs. Great complimentary scorer but the wings are trying to build a new core Having a team full of 15-20 goal scorers is how you never score in the playoffs
K I'm all aboard the holland hype train but let's not forget that if we drafted chychurin would have been a great pick at our placement... Dumping salary for what? That was the easy part. Going forward is the defining moment for the offseason Omg I wish hypothetical trades dreamed up by members weren't allowed to be posted. Why would coyotes just trade hanzal without any reasoning behind it and why would he trade for our midgets. News flash! Nobody is looking to get smaller in today's NHL... Tatar scores around 30 but teams rather take a 15-20 goal scorer over 6 feet all day long
