The schedule does not allow for an extra game. No major sports league on the planet does this.

Honestly I don't think Emmerton has been bad the last few games
Is anyone else finding it hard to even watch hockey anymore? This parade to the penalty box for both teams just isn't fun

I understand Hank and Burnner built chemistry during the lock out and obviously Flip and Datsyuk had it working last night but I still think in the long run the lines would be more balanced if Burrner and Flip flipped places
I think it would bring slightly more balance throughout the lines, but after last night you can't do it at this point

I like the signing. Is it a big splash? No, but he is the kind of defenseman we need.. a stay at home, good in his own zone defenseman
My hope is that that the pairings get shuffled

Pumped to see Nyquist up with the team. Not a huge fan of sticking him with Flip and Mule but we will see how it works
I would role the lines
Mule-D-Nyq
Flip-Z-Brun
But at this point I am just happy to see Nyquist. Here is hoping he plays well enough that they can't send him back down
