OH MAN! I was on the NHL site RIGHT before coming here and it said Anaheim won the series 4-2.... Way to give me a heart attack!

I have to say, I didn't think Sammy looked half bad today! I can't help but imagine what he would have played like if he had stayed healthy!

I still can't swallow the fact that Webber (sp?) wasn't suspended by Shanny after ramming Zata's head into the boards with TWO hands!

I for one am still satisfied with the way the team played their past 3 games! Let's be honest they dictated the play against Calgary and vancouver. If they keep working hard like that they will get the breaks and the puck will go in. Keep positive!

Stuart proved countless times his worth, ESPECIALLY when Lids got hurt. He plays very well and it's just that most people here seem hung up on his blunders rather than what he did well on the ice.
I have to say I'm not sure about Bertuzzi.. I find it hard to believe this is the guy who played on one of the greatest lines (Naslund-Bertuzzi-Morrisson).. Yes he's older but I didn't see any spark in him this season. Huge shame
I still believe in this team, if it stays healthy. Yes the coach was right, having Eaves and Helm would have made the 3rd and 4th line a lot more formidable

Maybe this move will have to wait until Franzen is healthy again, but how about re-uniting Zetterberg with Datsyuk and Homer?
You got two snipers, and with a solid presence in front of the net maybe that could give the team some timely goals?

I think Ozzy still has what it takes to be a starter.. Yes, his stats are sub-par for a 3-time cup winner... But it's hard getting into a groove when only getting 1-2 starts a month!

I probably hate Kane and the Hawks more than anyone on this board. But look, he did admit his mistakes, I'm not saying he paid his dues, but he's just joking around, without (obviously) implying what he did to the cabbie was funny...

I know Ozzie still has a lot of hockey in him, and after a few disappointing regular seasons I'm sure he'll be able to turn it around

I hate to bring up the past but those long playoff runs the past 3 years, as well as all the Wings on olympic squads, the season starting in Sweden, and all those motherf@#$%^ injuries really "ruined" this year...... There were some great surprises, and I am very pleased with how the players battled...
I'm just pissed that Pittsburgh, who's played as much hockey as the Wings in recent years (including the trips to Europe and the olympics) is bound for another long playoff run... I hate Montreal, I hate Chicago, I hate San Jose and I hate Vancouver but Pittsburgh can't repeat!!!
