Yet still 4-0 this tournament. I mean if we really want to get technical, we can talk about how 3 or 4 of the goals yesterday were nothing but luck shot from impossible angles that just happened to go in and terrible goaltending (goalie not even in the crease), which they are not going in for Canada.
Dude...I'm not even saying that Canada is not good...Hell they should be winning. Remember the juggernaut that is team Canada could make 2 teams out of the talent they have and still compete for the gold with both teams. All that I was pointing out is the fact that all through out the Olympics when the US wins it's because of luck or cheating and when Canada struggles to win or doesn't win in various sports it;s because some one cheated or they ran into a hawt team. From all the hype, talk and the roster that they put together I expected Canada to roll teams. Yeah a win is a win but you have to be concerned about the scoring. Specially now since you will be playing the US who apparently is just oozing with scoring luck.
hahahahaha to lighten the mood up a bit....I laughed so hard at this.
So how long before the Canada has no chance vs USA because of struggling vs Latvia posts?
You are the one bringing it up. so...not long?
You have to call a spade a spade here. For a team like canada with all that firepower to struggle with Latvia isn't good at all. They seem to have been struggling more than I would have guessed that's for sure.
USA USA USA This was an awesome game. Seeing Pavs score 2 times in regulation and once in the shootout and then having the US win in the end....Who could of asked for anything more being a US,wings hockey fan.
Wow, some of the responses in this thread...unbelievable. His back has been injured all year. It's not like he injured it MORE by playing in the Olympics. If he wasn't playing in Sochi he'd be playing in Detroit, and he'd still be getting injured because the NHL game is more physical.
Are you people just dying or a reason to b*tch or what?
"Donned in his Flames uniform, minus skates, cameras caught him shooting baskets during a Los Angeles Lakers practice in Philadelphia. The Lakers play the 76ers Friday night, while the Flames take on the Flyers Saturday afternoon."
Some of you need to grow a pair. Pavelski is one of the biggest diving babies in the game along with jumbo joke. They both need a good stick to the back of the legs or an elbow to the head. I would hate for some of you to actually sit down and watch some of the old games when elbowing was part of the game. You guys would faint like girls.
As far as Cleary. I was surprised he didn't get any games with the way this league is headed but oh well.
