They are irrelevant to game 3 sure, but they are very relevant to the way the Wings fans look at the game 3 goal...just as much as that was a game changer for us, the no goal against Anaheim was a game series changer for them.  Same situation.  The Wings have suffered enough of those blown calls that they feel its about time they got one in their favor.  That is why they aren't feeling sorry for the Chicago fans.  Welcome to the club Chicago, we feel ya, but can't reach ya!

 

Trying to get a Wings fan to change their mindset about this goal would be like trying to get a Chicago fan to change their mindset about their 1st goal...the informative fans probably say the same things about that goal as we do about theirs non-goal..."it happens, it was a missed call and Kane's goal shouldn't have even happened, but it did."  They blew that call and they blew the no goal. If they would have called the penalty before Kane's goal, they wouldn't have gotten them momentum and the no goal wouldn't have even happened...It's my opinion if the penalty was called, the game ends in a shutout... BTW, refs blew TONS of calls all game long.  I was particularly pissed at the flying elbow to Smith's chin in the 1st that wasn't even called a penalty NOR reviewed by the NHL...it was a headhunting BLATENT hit. But, he wasn't injured (or faked the injury) so it isn't suspension worthy....

I am one of if not the biggest proponent of Tootoo on this site and to me the way we have shown that we are tough and that we can take hits and dish them out I don't see the need in putting Toots in there just yet. Although I do want stupid Bickell and Shaw to eat a fist. They need to be Kronwalled or Tooted™  This is coming from someone who thinks tootoo should be on a scoring line and not shoved on the last line.

Sure they did. I mean, don't get me wrong - I'm not saying we didn't flat-out own this game. We did. And it was Glorious. But we definitely had a little "help."

 

 

 

Give me a break. What about 2 games in a row now Maid Marian has done his perfect impression of Greg Louganis not getting called. Don't you think that makes up for the non calls? You know how many times Abby,Cleary and company get cross checked in front of crawford I seen not get called. The high cross check to the neck that didn't get called In the first game that should of had Chicago in the box again...If anything both teams have gotten help pretty much equally.

I'm sorry sleepwalker but one of those suspend votes is mine. I forgot to let everyone know.......   I'm not sure I would know what to do if I was shunned amish style on LGW. My world would come to an end I think.
 
I hate Perry and I do wish he was suspended. This is a sport and entertainment to me. I don't like seeing Perrys face and wish I never had to see it again. Does that mean I think he was trying to slice Howards throat....not at all. But who cares I want him gone.

Last time I checked, Hockey was a contact sport. People run into each other. That is still allowed right? Perry didn't do anything wrong, and those that think he did, go watch soccer. he drove the net, while hounded by Kronwall, Perry then tries to jump over Howard and his stick as Kronwall bumps him. When you are in the air and get bumped you lose your balance and yes your arms/legs will flail out to try and regain your balance. Now he touched the G which is a 2 min penalty, and that is what he got. Nothing else to talk about. Stop all the b1tching and whinning. I guarantee you that if Perry was playing for us, everyone would be upset about him getting a penalty.

Yeah because Perry is the classiest player in the league. He would never do something like that on purpose. ....I hate soccer and will never watch it. You sure do talk tough on here telling people what they need to think and to stop crying and whining when you are doing that very thing right now. 

I was thinking about taking one to get things amped up for the boys.  However, being an away arena, I'm fairly certain I'll get arrested or at least kicked out, so I would have to throw it towards the end of the game, hopefully when they are winning.  Although, I'd really love to throw it out early and give them some spark.  What do you think? How the hell do I get it in?

rrasco if you do this and I see it on TV you have a place to stay and free food when you come down to round rock for a stars game. hahahah=)
