I just don't understand scratching tootoo in a game like this....I don't get it.

Have a lot of family In Michigan. My dad worked at Fleetwood cadillac when it was around and mom worked for GM. I had an uncle that worked for Ford (god rest his soul) another aunt and uncle that worked for GM as well. Moved to ten-o-see at a young age so the Michigan teams followed me. Now I live in Texas and still love all things Detroit and raising my kids to love the same=) No Texas teams for us here although I do love going to watch the Texas Stars play specially when the Griffs are in town.

Ya exactly. Like honestly I don't hate Abby I think he's pretty good, and he works hard but he isn't a first line player. If we ever do get healthy I wouldn't mind trying these lines, just to at least try out.....

I always wonder why so many put tootoo on the last line. He has one heck of a shot to be wasted on the last line with scrubs. a tootoo helm abby line would be awesome i think.

i don't see why many players would want to come to detroit.  a terrible city with an average, declining hockey team.

 

there are much nicer places to play, with much better teams to be on.

Because we all know that all of the players on the team live right off of 10 in the middle of Detroit.....declining? I wouldn't go that far... transitioning and retooling sure. You and 50-Cent make it sound like before too long we will be the next bluejackets.

Holland must of low balled Perry. Holland fails again to sign someone way over what they are worth. To be honest I think it's all the fault of one which will not be named. He's done this and has ruined the league.

huskins was doing good. not sure why he was even sat in the first place and why we have held on to Q for so long.

I don't think the game has changed that much to be honest, I'm pretty young though(1989) so I can't say I lived through the 80's, but when I go back and look I see the same stuff.

There are a ton more, hockey is a very emotional and physical game. And terrible incidents will happen, and I really don't think they are more common, they are probably just more exposed.

I'm not sure i really understand how those hits compare to a player suckering a ref........maybe that's just me.

Win or lose as long as Pavelski gets his stupid face smashed I will be happy.
