#2075824 12/10 GDT: Canadiens 2 at Red Wings 4

Posted by Hockeytown0001 on 10 December 2010 - 11:18 PM

I'd just like to say again, adding the opposition GDT to the one here at LGW is a terrible idea. All it will lead to is trolling, or people here littering this GDT with some feeling of superiority over the crap people post in their threads.

But the crap that goes on here when the Wings lose is just as irrational and idiotic as most other teams GDT's. It's hypocritical and frankly just silly to mock them for their irrational reactions to losing.

And more to the point, who the hell cares what they think?

IMO, more or less a look at the opposition fans' view of the game.

#2075254 12/10 GDT: Canadiens 2 at Red Wings 4

Posted by Hockeytown0001 on 10 December 2010 - 04:19 PM

Last time habs played in detroit they won 3-1 with Price in net.

Last time the Wings played the Thrashers, the Thrashers won 5-1. Obviously they're the superior team, right?

#2075038 Daniel Larsson's comments on Osgood&Howard

Posted by Hockeytown0001 on 10 December 2010 - 12:34 AM

1. Larssen is dealt
2. Larssen wins both the Calder and Vezina trophy in his rookie year
3. LGW demands Holland's firing for not seeing into the future

#2074773 Another obviously blown call?

Posted by Hockeytown0001 on 09 December 2010 - 11:07 AM

Nobody saw the sarcasm in SeeinRed?

As for the call, yikes. That's about as obvious as it gets. But then again, maybe its justice for the Stars benefiting from Brad May's no goal last season.

wooo looking forward to watching this one when I get home from work. I fully expect a good game and a red wings win tomorrow

Also, does this forum have an "ignore" user feature? I seriously believe Mindfly is mentally challenged, and is annoying as s***.

Thanks fellow true red wing fans :D

Sure does.

He has looked good on the shots he has faced though, however.
